Our house rules

We welcome all guests to the Betty Apartmanház!

We will do everything to ensure that your rest is joyful and undisturbed.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to comply with the following.

1.) Arrival – departure (check in – check out) information

The apartment can be occupied on the day of arrival between 14:00 and 15:00, if you want to arrive at a different time, please let us know in advance! On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. Before reserving the room and receiving the key, please fill out the registration forms and pay the entire accommodation fee.You can pay at our accommodation by bank card, cash or bank transfer. In case of early departure, we are unable to refund the accommodation fee of the reserved apartment.

2.) Key to the apartment

Our guests receive an apartment key upon arrival, which requires the accurate filling out of the registration form. When leaving, please leave the apartment key in the lock on the outside.There are two remote controls for the automatic main gate in the building, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor, therefore, we ask all Guests to take the remote controls back to the lounge/dining room after parking the car, they are not allowed to be taken out of the Apartment House area.

3.) Visitors

Only our registered guests can stay in the apartment, we ask that they receive their visitors by prior arrangement, only with the knowledge and permission of the host. The accommodation provider has the right to check – without prior notice – whether the number of guests staying at the accommodation is the number of guests who have been notified or paid for in advance.

4.) Our basic services

Apart from the accommodation, the price of the apartment includes the following for our guests: parking in the yard, air conditioning, room safe, WIFI, bath towel and small towel, free use of the entire area of the apartment and common areas (breakfast terrace, relaxation and grill terrace, playground, table tennis, darts, archery, badminton, board games). We provide firewood and charcoal for grilling and cooking, but please let us know your intention in advance. Adult and children’s play equipment, which ensures meaningful leisure time, can be used by everyone on their own or, in the case of minors, under the responsibility of their legal representative, guardian or companion, which excludes the Operator’s responsibility for compensation.

5.) Safety

We are not responsible for valuables left in the apartment. If you leave the apartment building, turn off the air conditioner, turn off the taps, turn off the lights, turn off the electrical devices, close the doors and windows! A camera operates on the facade of the apartment building for property and personal safety, which continuously records 24 hours a day.

6.) Cleaning

For longer stays, we provide cleaning and bed linen change once a week.

7.) Fire protection

It is strictly forbidden to store flammable or explosive materials in the apartment! In case of fire, you must leave the building by following the escape route posted on the door of the rooms. Fire extinguishers can be found in the corridors of the accommodation, on each floor. In the event of a fire, please notify the caretaker or the owner immediately.

8.) Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment building! Our guests who smoke can light up on the upstairs terrace and in the designated area of the yard.

9.) Peace of mind for guests

Please respect the peace of other guests and our neighbours and do not disturb them by being loud. Especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. The use of ping-pong, darts and foosball is allowed until 22:00.

10.) Values of the apartment

It is strictly forbidden to take furniture and textiles (e.g. blankets, towels, etc.) out of the apartment!

11.) Error reporting

Please notify the building authorities immediately of any malfunctions experienced in the apartment.

12.) Pets

Pets are not allowed in the apartment without permission!

13.) Damages

Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by negligence or intentionally, which damage must be reimbursed directly to the host.

14.) In case of violation of the policy, the Owner has the right to cancel the accommodation! We are unable to refund the accommodation fee of the booked apartment.

By using the accommodation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the policy!.
